Ordering and Payment:

  1. Product Selection: Browse our website or visit our store to explore our wide range of wig options. Select the desired wig(s) by considering the style, color, length, and other specifications provided.

  2. Order Placement: Place your order online through our website or visit our physical store to make a purchase. If you need assistance or have any specific requirements, our customer service team will be glad to help.

  3. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Cash payments are accepted at our physical store. All payments must be made in the currency specified during the transaction.

  4. Payment Plans: We have partnered with Affirm, Klarna,  and Sezzle to offer you financing options ! These buy now , pay later options are the perfect way to ensure you slay without breaking the bank!  All you need to do is pay 25% up front and you will pay the remainder of the of the balance over the course of 6 weeks! You can get your slay before you even get finished paying. This option is interest-free and has no credit impact! Just be sure to select one of these options at checkout. For Sezzle, you must spend a minimum of $200.

  5. Order Confirmation: Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS, which will include the details of your purchase. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are required​

  2. Customized or Made-to-Order Wigs: If you have ordered a customized or made-to-order wig, please note that additional processing time is required. The specific processing time for these wigs will be clearly indicated on the product page or communicated to you at the time of purchase. Customized or made-to-order wigs are meticulously crafted to meet your specific preferences, and thus, a longer processing time is necessary.

  3. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or notification. This communication will include details about your purchase, including the estimated processing time. We recommend reviewing the order confirmation carefully to ensure accuracy. If any changes or modifications are needed, please contact our customer support team promptly.

  4. Delays and Exceptions: While we make every effort to adhere to our stated processing times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. These circumstances may include but are not limited to high order volumes, supplier shortages, or unforeseen challenges during the manufacturing process. If a delay occurs, we will promptly notify you and keep you informed about the status of your order.

  5. Rush Processing: If you require expedited processing for your order, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional rush processing fee.There is a $40 Rush Fee for all custom wig orders needed sooner than 7-14 business days. Please add the rush fee to your cart. It may be found under Extras. (Please note this option is not available during sale times.)

Custom Color:

We understand that you may have specific color preferences for your wig. We offer custom color options to help you achieve your desired look. Please review our custom color policy outlined below:

  1. Custom Color Requests: If you would like a custom color for your wig, please contact us before placing your order. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to request a custom color.

  2. Color Samples: We recommend  providing reference images to ensure the closest match to your desired color. 

  3. Additional Processing Time: Custom color requests require additional processing time. The specific processing time for custom color wigs will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the standard processing time mentioned in our processing time policy.

  4. Color Accuracy: While we strive to match the requested custom color as closely as possible, please understand that there may be slight variations due to factors such as screen calibration, lighting conditions, and the natural variation in color dye lots. We cannot guarantee an exact color match, but we make every effort to achieve a color result that meets your expectations.

  5. Non-Returnable: Custom color wigs are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. It is crucial to carefully consider your custom color selection and provide accurate information to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.

  6. Color Maintenance: Keep in mind that maintaining the color of your wig requires proper care and handling. We recommend following our wig care instructions to preserve the color and longevity of your custom-colored wig.

  7. Communication and Approval: Throughout the custom color process, we maintain open communication with you to ensure we understand your color preferences accurately. We may share color swatches or images for your approval before proceeding with the customization.

Shipping and Delivery:

  1. Shipping Options: We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your preferences and urgency. These options and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Please select the most suitable shipping method for your needs. All packages will be shipped via UPS or USPS.

  2. Processing Time: After order confirmation, we strive to process and ship your wig(s) within [1-3] business days. Please note that customized or made-to-order wigs may require additional processing time, as specified on the product page.

  3. Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time will depend on the chosen shipping method and your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  4. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to various countries. However, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

  5. Delivery Issues: While we strive to ensure timely and hassle-free deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays may occur. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter. Issentials is not responsible for any shipment delays or lost packages.

Note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on estimated delivery times.

  2. No Returns or Exchanges: As stated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wigs unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Once a wig is purchased and leaves our premises, it is considered a final sale.

  3. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you believe you have received a defective wig or an incorrect item, please contact customer support immediately. We will assess the situation and work towards resolving the issue, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances. Customers have 30 days to review their product and report their findings, after 30 days the product is deemed a final sale. 

  4. Customer Satisfaction: We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a positive experience. If you have any concerns or inquiries about our products, please reach out to customer support, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

  5. Exceptions: In rare cases where a return or exchange is approved, such as in compliance with local consumer protection laws, any associated shipping costs or restocking fees will be the responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Communication of Special Requirements: If customers have any specific requirements, such as additional room for natural hair or unique head shape considerations, it is their responsibility to communicate these details when providing measurements. This information helps us tailor the wig to their specific needs.

If, despite accurate measurements, the fit does not meet your expectations, changes can be accommodated within one week after purchase. Please contact us immediately we will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your wig, such as issues with the cap construction or hair shedding beyond normal expectations, please contact us within 30 days, and we will address the issue accordingly.

  2. Wig Purpose: Wigs are designed as cosmetic solutions to provide a temporary change in appearance, enhance style, or cover hair loss. It is essential to understand that our wigs do not prevent, treat, or guarantee the reversal of hair loss conditions.

  3. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for their decision to wear a wig and should consult with healthcare professionals for advice and treatment options related to hair loss or any underlying medical conditions. Our wigs are not intended as medical devices or treatments.

  4. No Guarantee of Hair Growth: Our wigs do not stimulate hair growth or prevent hair loss. We do not make any claims or guarantees regarding the ability of our wigs to restore or regrow natural hair.

  5. Individual Reactions: Each individual may react differently to wearing wigs, including potential scalp or skin reactions. It is the customer's responsibility to assess their comfort level and suitability for wearing a wig.
